DigiSay Group is a media tech company that started in 2010, focusing initially on creator services, including content management and distribution. Today, DigiSay acts as a media group with subsidiaries providing end-to-end services around the content life-cycle from inception to monetization. DigiSay aims to focus on the media sector from a technology, production, and venture-building perspective.
Main Responsibilities
Talent Management (Including Tours & Live Events)
- Manage talent-related opportunities including commercial deals, appearances, partnerships, and speaking engagements.
- Act as the primary coordination point for film and TV communication, handling inbound requests, opportunity assessment, and follow-ups with producers, platforms, broadcasters, and agencies.
- Support deal structuring and contract discussions in coordination with legal and finance teams.
- Plan and execute local and international talent tours and live events as part of the overall talent strategy, including:
- Tour scheduling and routing
- Coordination with promoters, venues, and production teams
- Management of flights, accommodation, visas, ground transportation, and on-ground logistics
- Oversee pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-ups to ensure a seamless talent experience and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the day-to-day operational lead for talent during tours and live engagements, resolving real-time issues and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Opportunity Management (Group-Level Growth)
- Lead opportunity intake and assessment for DigiSay Group across media, talent, content, live events, and partnerships.
- Evaluate opportunities based on strategic fit, feasibility, resource requirements, and commercial potential.
- Distribute and align opportunities across relevant group companies, ensuring clarity of ownership and scope.
- Communicate directly with CEOs and senior leadership across the group to present assessments, recommendations, and next steps.
- Track opportunity pipelines and ensure follow-through from assessment to execution or closure.
Group Company Support & Project Enablement
- Support group companies in building proposals, decks, and commercial offers tailored to clients and partners.
- Act as a coordination layer between business developments, creative, production, and operations teams.
- Oversee or support project execution where needed, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and deliverables.
- Help structure workflows and processes to improve efficiency across cross-company projects.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in media, entertainment, talent management, business operations, or related fields.
- Proven experience in talent-related operations, opportunity assessment and project coordination.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of film, TV, digital media, and live events ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
