Role SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with proven experience in real estate marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This role focuses on lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI-driven performance for property sales and investment campaigns.
Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok
- Develop and optimize lead generation campaigns for real estate sales and property investments
- Monitor daily performance, budgets, and pacing to maximize ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data and provide clear performance reports and insights
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to align messaging and objectives
- Implement tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, CRM integrations) to ensure accurate data reporting
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and real estate market dynamics
QualificationsSkills- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS
Experience- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer
- Real estate marketing experience is required (property sales, off-plan, rentals, or investments)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
Education / Certifications (Preferred)- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Performance Marketing are a plus
