Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on driving measurable growth and ROI.

Job Description:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and reports
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize results
• Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ads
• Set up and track pixels, events, and conversions accurately
• Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in media buying / performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and funnel optimization
• Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred)
