Role Description

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaignsfrom strategy and budget allocation to hands-on optimization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop full-funnel media plans that align with our targets for each campagin.
  • Creative Strategy: Analyze creative performance and collaborate with the design team to brief in high-converting ad assets (static and video).
  • Testing Roadmap: Design and execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, ad copy, and audience segments.
  • Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across all platforms
  • Optimization: Perform daily deep-dives into campaign metrics to optimize bidding, targeting, and creative performance.
  • Data & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards (using GA4, Triple Whale, or Supermetrics) to provide transparent insights into CPA, LTV, and MER.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: At least 35 years of agency experience
  • Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Analytical Mindset: You don't just see numbers; you see patterns. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with tracking pixels, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and CAPI (Conversions API).
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
