Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Media Buyer role based in New Cairo. The Media Buyer will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective media purchasing strategies. Responsibilities include media planning, negotiating and purchasing advertising space, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring that all advertising efforts align with the company's goals and target audience. The role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to maintain successful vendor relationships and ensure optimal results.

• Expertise in Media Buying and Media Planning
• Proficiency in Media Strategy and strong Analytical Skills
• Strong Communication skills for effective negotiation and collaboration
• Experience in real estate marketing is mandatory
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing advertising budgets
• Familiarity with digital and traditional advertising platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
