Position OverviewWe are hiring a highly experienced Media Buyer to take full ownership of paid advertising activities across multiple digital channels. This role focuses on driving sustainable growth through strategic media planning, precise execution, and continuous optimization of performance-based campaigns.

Key Responsibilities- Design and execute paid media strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or other relevant channels
- Control daily and monthly media spend to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling or improvement
- Test new audiences, creatives, formats, and bidding strategies to enhance results
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across all campaigns
- Provide regular performance summaries and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of professional experience in media buying or performance advertising
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns with consistent results
- Deep understanding of paid media metrics, optimization techniques, and performance analysis
- Strong experience with analytics and tracking tools
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with multiple advertising platforms and traffic sources
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and funnel performance
