Role Overview

As a Media Buyer, you will own and scale paid acquisition efforts across Snapchat, Instagram, and Google Ads. This role plays a critical part in driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data and experimentation to continuously optimize performance and maximize return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Snapchat, Instagram (Meta), and Google Ads
  • Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to achieve performance goals
  • Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions), and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

  • 36+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media buying
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS in SaaS, tech, or digital-first environments
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ad reporting dashboards
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
