Tanseeq Investment Group is a leading diversified group in the UAE with over 25 years of excellence across landscaping, retail, e-commerce, interiors, and lifestyle brands. We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms, driving measurable growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion volume
Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure efficient spend
Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, formats, and placements
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Work closely with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to align messaging and visuals
Implement and monitor tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform dashboards
Identify scaling opportunities and troubleshoot performance drops
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
Requirements
24 years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels, lead generation, and conversion tracking
Experience managing daily and monthly media budgets
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month (based on experience)
