Key Responsibilities
- Manage ad campaigns, optimize performance, collaborate with creative teams.
- Conduct A/B testing, generate performance reports, explore new channels and technologies, and collaborate cross-functionally for advanced solutions.
- Oversee existing campaigns and optimize their ROI.
- Track, report, analyze, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns and their spending.
- Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across online channels.
- Lead and own weekly budgeting and cost reporting for all performance and paid channels.
- Identify new opportunities for Waffarha growth constantly.
- Manage a significant marketing budget, optimizing for Group profitability through channel testing, marketing mix expansion, tactical adjustments, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Experience as a Performance Media Buyer.
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- Analytical Skills, Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to continuously optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in major platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant channels.
- Experience in designing and implementing A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for better performance.
- Familiarity with setting up and managing remarketing campaigns.
- Understanding of mobile-specific marketing tactics, including app advertising, mobile-optimized ad formats, and responsive design principles for landing pages.
- Basic understanding of content marketing principles and how they integrate with performance marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospects.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members, provide guidance, and lead by example.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, user journeys, digital strategy, and best practices. optimized ad formats, and responsive design principles for landing pages.
- Strong understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics - is preferred).
