Our client is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can lead content creation, manage digital channels, and shape the brand's online voice. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in growing and nurturing an engaged fashion-focused audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a social media strategy that drives brand awareness and community growth.
- Create compelling, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging platforms.
- Manage content calendars, posting schedules and campaign rollouts.
- Collaborate with internal design, creative, and marketing teams to support product launches and storytelling.
- Identify cultural and platform trends to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Build and manage influencer and content creator partnerships.
- Track and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimise future content.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in social media management, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, platform behaviours, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels essential).
- Confident using analytics tools and data to shape decisions.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work at pace in a dynamic, creative business.
