About Wavesapp:

Wavesapp is the leading marine and leisure booking platform operating across the GCC, offering digital solutions for yachts, chalets, watersports, and more. As we expand our creative capabilities in Egypt, we are looking for a Media Production Manager to lead our content creation efforts and build a full in-house creative team.

Your Role at Wavesapp:

We are seeking a highly organized and visionary Media Production Manager to oversee all creative production, including video, photography, social media content, and marketing materials. This role will be based in Cairo and will involve building and managing a talented team of designers, editors, and content creators. You will play a crucial role in shaping Wavesapps visual identity and ensuring high-quality content that enhances user engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee the production of all creative content (video, photography, and graphics).

Hire and lead a full creative team, including videographers, photographers, editors, and designers.

Manage project timelines, creative direction, and brand consistency across all content.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Digital teams to deliver engaging and effective campaigns.

Ensure all media content aligns with brand identity and maintains high-quality standards.

Oversee post-production processes and ensure timely delivery of assets.

Utilize industry-leading tools and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro to achieve professional-level production.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in media production, preferably with a digital brand, agency, or startup.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.

Deep understanding of video production, photography, and editing tools/software.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

A strong portfolio showcasing past projects is a must.

Must be based in Egypt and available to work from our Cairo office full-time.
