Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Media Production Specialist with strong filming skills and high post-production

capacity to produce polished educational courses and learning content at scale. The core of this role is studio and

on-location video production for instructors, trainers, and subject-matter experts, followed by efficient, consistent

editing and delivery. Social media reels, paid ads, teasers, and promotional content are also part of the role, but the

primary focus is high-quality educational video production and reliable editing throughput.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute professional filming sessions for online courses, training programs, workshops, interviews, and

educational series.

  • Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, teleprompters, microphones, and supporting production equipment in

studio and on location.

  • Create clean, consistent instructor-focused visuals with strong composition, exposure, lighting, framing, and audio

quality.

  • Handle multi-camera shoots when needed and maintain continuity across long-form course modules and multiple

shooting days.

  • Edit high volumes of educational content efficiently while maintaining consistent quality, pacing, branding, and

technical standards.

  • Perform multicam editing, dialogue cleanup, audio leveling, color correction, color grading, basic motion graphics,

subtitles, lower thirds, titles, and screen-content integration.

  • Convert long-form course footage into structured, engaging lessons with clear pacing and professional visual flow.
  • Create short-form derivatives from existing footage, including Reels, Shorts, social cutdowns, campaign teasers, and

paid ad creatives.

  • Prepare media in the correct aspect ratios, codecs, resolutions, and export settings for LMS platforms, websites,

YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and paid media.

  • Organize footage, project files, proxies, backups, naming conventions, and final masters to support an efficient

production pipeline.

  • Collaborate with instructors, content teams, marketers, designers, and project managers to deliver content on

schedule.

  • Maintain production equipment and help improve studio workflows, templates, editing systems, and overall production

efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in video production, videography, content production, or a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating professional filming and editing work; educational, corporate, training, interview, or

presenter-led content is highly preferred.

  • Excellent understanding of cameras, lenses, exposure, frame rates, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, focus, and

composition.

  • Strong practical knowledge of studio lighting and interview/presenter lighting setups.
  • Solid audio-production fundamentals, including lavalier and shotgun microphones, wireless systems, recording levels,

noise control, and dialogue cleanup.

  • Advanced editing capability in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, with the ability to handle a high volume

of footage and deliver consistently.
