Role Overview

We're looking for a Media Sales Executive who can confidently pitch and sell our full suite of creative services to potential clients across industries. You'll play a critical role in growing our business by identifying leads, building strong relationships, and offering tailored media and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, networking, emails, or industry events

• Understand client needs and pitch customized service packages

• Prepare proposals and quotations

• Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Maintain a strong pipeline through CRM tools

• Collaborate with project and creative teams for smooth delivery

• Stay updated on digital trends and competitor offerings

• Report sales activity, feedback, and forecast accurately

What We're Looking For

• 23 years of experience in media, creative, or digital agency sales

• Strong understanding of services like video production, photography, social media, and digital marketing

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Proven record of achieving or exceeding targets

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

• Valid Qatar Driving License Preferred

• Valid QID (Residency Permit) Preferred

• Candidates currently residing in Doha are highly preferred

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)

• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
