Telescope Media Group is Hiring: Sales Media Executive Dubai (On-Site)

Telescope Media Group, a regional leader in Arabic visual content and premium media production, is expanding its commercial division in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced Sales Media Executive who can drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent our full suite of audiovisual production and creative services.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with deep knowledge of the media and content industry, a strong regional network, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Experience Required: 35 years in media, production, or digital advertising sales

About the Role

The Sales Media Executive will play a key role in expanding our client base across the UAE and GCC. You will identify high-potential leads, develop tailored proposals, negotiate deals, and ensure seamless handover to our production teams. Your performance will have a direct impact on revenue, growth, and our market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline of brands, agencies, corporates, and influencers
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify inbound client requests
  • Present Telescope Media Group's services, capabilities, and production strengths with clarity and confidence
  • Develop detailed proposals, budgets, and tailored solutions for client campaigns
  • Negotiate deals, close contracts, and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Work closely with production, creative, and marketing teams to ensure project success
  • Track prospects, opportunities, and conversions via CRM systems
  • Study market trends and recommend new opportunities for growth
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analyses for management

Required Qualifications

  • 35 years of sales experience in media production, creative agencies, or digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of audiovisual production (video, photography, animation, post-production)
  • Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate client needs into profitable creative solutions
  • Established network in the UAE or GCC media ecosystem
  • Strong organizational and pipeline-management skills
  • Full-time availability for on-site work in Dubai

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling content production services or media projects
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaboration models
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales automation tools
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-output creative environments
