About the Role:
BrandXB is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to consistently close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in media and marketing services.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and upsell additional services where possible.
• Conduct daily client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in media sales or advertising sales.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and digital media solutions.
• Must own a car and be willing to meet clients daily across Dubai and other emirates if required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
