Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Advertiser Acquisition
  • Develop and acquire key advertisers across telecom, local lifestyle (food delivery, ride-hailing), fintech, and gaming.
  • Build a strong pipeline and consistently hit monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.

2.Account Management & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end account operations from onboarding, campaign planning, optimization, to end-of-campaign reporting.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term revenue growth.

3- Market & Product Expertise

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the KSA mobile Internet advertising ecosystem.
  • Understand Transsion Ads product capability and leverage OEM-level media advantages to influence negotiation direction.

4- Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with product, operations, delivery, and headquarters teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to local business strategy.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in mobile advertising or digital media sales
  2. Existing KA advertiser relationships in KSA and a proven track record of delivering revenue

3. Background in mobile ad networks, DSPs, OEM ads, or leading local agencies

4. Familiarity with local media-buying agencies and major regional advertisers

5. Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial judgment

6. High ownership mindset: self-driven, resilient under pressure, and result-oriented

7. Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
