Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and validate scientific emailers, detail aids, infographics, MOA visuals, and other medical communication materials.
- Translate complex scientific and clinical data into clear, engaging content tailored for healthcare professionals.
- Conduct literature reviews and ensure all claims are supported by credible, up-to-date sources.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and ensure scientific accuracy across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and client-service teams to guide scientific messaging and content direction.
- Participate in internal and client meetings, MLR reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Support development of scientific narratives, medical education materials, and KOL engagement tools.
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to quality and consistency across medical content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 35 years of experience in medical content development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex scientific information.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content development platforms.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of medical and scientific concepts and industry best practices.
- Experience contributing to marketing strategies and medical communication initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
