Our client is a global innovator in the field of polymer-based products and coatings and is looking to expand its reach into the Middle East. They are seeking a dedicated Medical Business Developer based in Egypt to spearhead this expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Chemistry or a related field, fluency in English, and experience in face-to-face and Zoom sales. Familiarity with the Medical Device Industry and previous experience as a medical representative will be considered a significant advantage.
Location: Hybrid (remote and on-site), 9 AM - 5 PM (EET - Cairo Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Lead the client's efforts to expand its presence in the Middle East, focusing on establishing and growing sales networks.
- Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings with potential clients to present products and negotiate sales agreements.
- Industry Knowledge: Utilize a background in Chemistry or the Medical Device Industry to understand and effectively communicate the product benefits.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Middle Eastern market.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the region.
What Success Looks Like:
- Effective Market Penetration: Successfully establishing Hydromer's presence in the Middle Eastern market.
- Strong Client Relationships: Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, resulting in successful sales and partnerships.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Implementing tailored sales strategies that resonate with the Middle Eastern market.
- Industry Expertise Utilization: Effectively leveraging background knowledge in Chemistry or the Medical Device Industry to enhance sales discussions and client trust.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in face-to-face B2B sales, preferably in the Chemistry or Medical Devices Industry.
- BSc. Pharmacy, Vet. Medicine or Science.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience as a medical representative is a significant advantage.
- Ability to travel within the Middle East for client meetings and sales negotiations. (funded by the client)
- Exempted Military Status.
- Valid Driving License.
