Medical Devices Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Medical Devices Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth coordination of medical device operations, regulatory requirements, shipments, customer orders, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the registration of medical devices and supplies with SFDA and follow up on regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer purchase orders and requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse.
• Follow up with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to medical devices, shipments, orders, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the team in identifying and resolving operational issues and delays.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the medical device supply process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Devices, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in medical devices operations, regulatory affairs, procurement, logistics, or commercial operations is preferred.
• Basic to good knowledge of SFDA medical device requirements.
• Experience in shipment coordination and customs clearance is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
