Main Purpose of Job
To oversee and guide the promotion and sales of ARAC's medical device products to healthcare professionals and institutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, market growth, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The role focuses on supervising the sales team, achieving overall sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing continuous market insights to support strategic business development.
Functional Responsibilities
- Closely monitor and supervise Product Specialists to ensure optimal performance.
- Collect and analyze medical device data to support decision-making and business growth.
- Demonstrate strong experience in NUPCO and private hospital tenders.
- Maintain excellent relationships and a strong network with key customers in the medical device sector.
- Manage near-expiry goods to optimize company profit and reduce losses.
- Provide continuous reporting and feedback on customer challenges, requirements, and market needs.
- Track daily operations, identify issues, and report or resolve them promptly.
- Deliver regular market feedback on plan implementation and overall business performance.
- Classify and qualify customers to support the development of KPIs for the Medical Device Business Unit.
- Ensure continuous presence in the market to keep data updated and maintain accurate data flow through the CRM system.
- Schedule and oversee operational and strategic plan implementation.
- Implement marketing strategic plans in alignment with company goals.
- Support the organization and execution of events and logistics activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Podiatry, Orthotics & Prosthetics, Pharmacy, or Rehabilitation.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse, Biomedical Engineer, Podiatrist, Orthotist & Prosthetist, Pharmacist, or Rehabilitation Specialist is required.
Language
- Required English - proficient.
- Preferred Arabic - proficient.
