Medical Director

Role Description The Medical Director role is a part-time, remote position responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight for medical programs and initiatives. The Medical Director will review and approve clinical protocols, ensure adherence to evidence-based guidelines, and contribute to the development of patient care standards. This role involves collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, offering guidance on complex cases, and supporting quality improvement and patient safety efforts. The Medical Director will also participate in strategic planning, contribute to educational materials or training, and provide expert input on clinical policies and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine with board certification or equivalent clinical experience.
• Expertise in one or more specialties such as Cardiology, Neurology, or Oncology.
• Demonstrated ability in Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Active medical license in good standing (or eligibility), with relevant clinical practice experience.
• Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, or medical oversight roles.
• Excellent clinical judgment, analytical skills, and ability to interpret medical data and guidelines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills and reliability in a part-time capacity.
