Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a District Manager at Vitacare ( Vitalife for import and Export) in upper Egypt The District Manager will be responsible for following up, coaching Medical reps team and overseeing multiple stores in the district, managing store operations, implementing sales strategies, training and development of store staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• People Management, Sales Management, and Operations Management skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail or healthcare industry
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Vet, Science or related field
• Ability to travel within the district
