Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Doctor at The Flow Space, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of health experts. Responsibilities include conducting routine examinations, managing treatments, consulting with physiotherapists and other specialists, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered medical care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to integrated care plans alongside physiotherapists, wellness practitioners, and other medical professionals
• Demonstrated team-oriented mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively, coordinate with colleagues, and contribute positively to a collaborative clinical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote a patient-focused approach
• Up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements in rehabilitation, wellness, and preventative health practices
• Experience in functional medicine and/or integrative medicine is highly desirable
• Understanding of peptides, IV therapy, and related wellness treatments is considered a strong advantage
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and valid medical license to practice in the UAE
• Prior experience in rehabilitation, wellness, or integrative health services is highly advantageous
