Rawaa Alafaq Company is a specialized distributor and service provider for BeaconMedaes Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly experienced, site-dedicated Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless, safe, and reliable operation of the Medical Gas System at one of our prestigious healthcare facility contracts in Riyadh.

The Role

This is a critical, hands-on leadership role. The dedicated engineer will be the primary technical authority on-site, responsible for the full lifecycle of maintenance and repair, as well as supervising the site technical team.

Key Responsibilities (PPM, Repair & Supervision Focus)

• Team Supervision:Supervise a team of site technicians in carrying out daily maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Execute and manage the comprehensive PPM schedule for all medical gas source equipment (BeaconMedaes compressors, vacuum pumps, regulators, manifolds, and bulk storage systems) to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
• Corrective Maintenance: Promptly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair component failures, leaks, pressure drops, and alarm conditions across the entire MGPS.
• Spares Management: Take full responsibility for the inventory, security, and ordering of site-specific medical gas spare parts and consumables, ensuring critical spares are always available for repairs.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain meticulous on-site documentation, including maintenance logs, repair reports, test certificates, and compliance records, meeting the stringent requirements of SFDA, CBAHI, and NFPA 99/HTM 02-01.
• Liaison: Act as the direct technical liaison between Rawaa Alafaq Company and the hospital's Facilities Management team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Residency Requirement: Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Iqama.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) in a hospital setting.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a small technical team is mandatory for this supervisory role.
• In-depth technical knowledge and practical experience with:
• Medical Gas Compressors and Vacuum Pumps.
• Medical Gas Regulators and Automatic/Semi-Automatic Manifolds.
• Execution and documentation of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Prior experience with BeaconMedaes or equivalent leading OEM equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of KSA's healthcare regulatory framework (SFDA, CBAHI).
• Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical certification).
