This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Healthcare - English Speaker located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communication with customers, resolving medical-related inquiries, providing accurate information about healthcare products and services, and maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional service. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining accurate records of interactions and adhering to company and compliance guidelines while addressing customer needs.

• Proficiency in English speaking, writing, and comprehension
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement and empathy
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution of client concerns
• Basic knowledge of healthcare processes, medical terminology, or a willingness to be trained in this domain
• Technical aptitude to navigate customer service systems and record information effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and follow compliance protocols
• Previous experience in customer support, healthcare, or related fields is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare or related fields are advantageous
