Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Groovy Aesthetic Clinics in Cairo. The medical information center team member will serve as a key point of contact for clients seeking information about medical-grade aesthetic services, procedures, and aftercare. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries in person and by phone, explaining treatment options based on medical guidance, and ensuring accurate, clear communication of medical information approved by the clinic's physicians. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Groovy's services, assisting with appointment coordination, supporting patient education materials, and documenting client interactions in line with clinic policies. Collaboration with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff is essential to deliver a safe, informed, and reassuring experience for every client.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand and relay medically sound information.
  • Candidates should possess Medical Communications and Medical Affairs skills to handle patient information, educational materials, and treatment explanations accurately.
  • Candidates should have strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach and professional demeanor.
  • Candidates should have the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams and follow clinical protocols and ethical standards.
  • Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or a related health science field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, medical call center, or aesthetic/dermatology setting is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic office software, record-keeping, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment is beneficial.
