Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Lead Conversion
Handle inbound health insurance inquiries generated through online platforms,
digital campaigns, and referrals.
Conduct consultative discussions to assess customer needs and recommend
suitable health insurance plans compliant with DoH, DHA, and MOH regulations.
Present accurate and transparent quotations, ensuring clients fully understand
coverage options, benefits, and exclusions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets through high
quality lead conversion.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented communication
throughout the sales cycle.
2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Provide a premium advisory experience from initial inquiry to policy activation.
Ensure all interactions are clear, compliant, and customer-centric.
Deliver post-sale support, confirming policy details, documentation accuracy, and
activation completion.
Build strong relationships with new clients to enhance retention and future cross
sell opportunities.
3. Compliance & Operational Excellence
Ensure full adherence to Central Bank of UAE and Health Authority compliance
standards.
Accurately record all leads, quotations, and client communications within the CRM
system.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure efficient policy
processing and issue resolution.
Follow internal quality and data protection standards at all times.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from a reputed university (mandatory).
Minimum 23 years of proven success in health insurance sales, specifically in
managing and converting inbound leads within the UAE market.
Demonstrated achievement of sales targets and strong performance consistency.
Good understanding of UAE health insurance regulations and policy frameworks.
Technical & Soft Skills
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages
are an advantage.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems, quotation tools, and digital communication
platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client interactions
efficiently.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with strong follow-up discipline and time
