Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Insurance Sales Advisor based in Cairo, Egypt. The advisor will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. Responsibilities include client relationship management, providing comprehensive consultations about insurance options, and achieving sales targets by promoting various medical insurance products. The role requires proactive engagement with potential customers, building trust, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance and Finance-related knowledge and understanding of medical insurance products
• Experience in Consulting and advising clients to recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Customer Service and Communication skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record in sales
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
