Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in medical field (required).
Required Skills
- Medical Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terms, medications, and healthcare providers in Egypt.
- Experience: +4 years Previous work in a medical insurance company, TPA, or insurance brokerage is required.
- Analytical Skills: Able to review medical reports and financial data to make correct decisions.
- Language & Communication: Fluent in Arabic and English; able to communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and business clients.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong negotiation skills and ability to discuss medical cases professionally to protect client interests.
