Tadawi Medical Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our expanding clinical laboratory team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specimen Management: Collect, prepare, process, and handle clinical specimens (blood, tissue, and fluids) safely and accurately in accordance with laboratory protocols.
- Clinical Testing: Perform routine and advanced laboratory investigations across key departments (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology) following international standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on state-of-the-art laboratory analyzers and equipment.
- Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with Internal Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
- Data Management: Document, verify, and accurately log test results into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain full adherence to bio-safety regulations, occupational health standards, and infection control guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Applied Medical Sciences.
- Professional Classification:Must hold a valid registration and classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- Technical Skills: Proficient in phlebotomy (blood sampling) and hands-on experience with modern laboratory automation.
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, high analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English.
