We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join one of our esteemed healthcare partners in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
- Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens, including blood, urine, and other body fluids.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure accurate recording, validation, and reporting of laboratory test results.
- Adhere to laboratory safety procedures, infection control protocols, and quality assurance standards..
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
- Maintain laboratory documentation, inventory, and quality control records.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant clinical laboratory experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
