Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures.
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Communicating the marketing plan.
  • Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
  • Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
  • Responsible for full cycle customer relationship management identifying customer support and highlight problems and risks to resolve them

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business,, Marketing or Medical plus Master degree/MBA
  • 10+ years of experience in the Marketing field and minimum five years Medical experience.
  • Report preparations, and data analysis, problem solving, managing processes.
  • Leadership skills, motivation for coaching.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent command of English language.
