Job Description

HSC Spark Innovations is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to join its commercial team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo and Maadi.

The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, providing accurate scientific and product information, and supporting sales activities to achieve business objectives. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

Deliver scientific product presentations and communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.

Support sales activities by providing product expertise and addressing customer inquiries.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

Prepare regular sales and market reports and provide insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is preferred. Graduates of Veterinary Medicine or Science may also be considered.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and Maadi and travel within Cairo as required.
