Role Description This full-time Medical Representative role at Original Pharma Group is an on-site position based in Cairo. The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Daily activities include scheduling and conducting client visits, delivering product presentations, answering clinical and product-related questions, and providing samples and educational materials. The role involves maintaining up-to-date product and market knowledge, monitoring competitor activities, and reporting field feedback to the sales and marketing teams. The Medical Representative is also expected to achieve sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and build long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and manage a defined territory.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure responsive, respectful, and solution-oriented support for clients.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine to understand therapeutic areas, treatment guidelines, and product indications.
Candidates should possess knowledge in Pharmacy to discuss drug mechanisms, dosage forms, safety profiles, and proper use.
Relevant university degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently in the field, organize schedules efficiently, and maintain detailed visit reports.
Strong ethical standards, compliance mindset, and adherence to local regulations and company policies.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
