Medical Representative – RX Plus Compounding Pharmacy (UAE)

RX Plus Compounding Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Medical Representative to promote our customized compounded medications, including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT/BHRT), Peptide & PHRT therapies, and Dermatology formulations, to physicians and specialized clinics across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote RX Plus compounding pharmacy products and customized formulations to physicians and clinics

* Conduct regular clinic visits and medical detailing to explain the benefits of compounded medications

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers

* Generate prescriptions and expand RX Plus presence within clinics

* Identify new clinics and business opportunities within the assigned territory

* Achieve monthly sales targets and provide feedback on market needs and competition

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical field

* 2–5 years experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the UAE healthcare market

* Experience promoting products to Dermatologists, Aesthetic Medicine Physicians, Gynecologists, Endocrinologists, Anti-aging / Functional Medicine doctors, and General Practitioners working in aesthetic or wellness clinics

* Background in dermatology, hormone therapy, aesthetics, peptides, or wellness products is highly preferred

* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with physicians

* Target-driven with strong sales and negotiation abilities

* Valid UAE driving license

* Language Preferred: English, Arabic and Indian Speakers

Salary

AED 12,000 – AED 20,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based incentives.
