Job Description

Job Scope

Responsible for managing and developing key healthcare accounts within the assigned territory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia(Western Region). The role focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening institutional relationships, ensuring effective collection follow-up, and maintaining strong market presence across leading hospitals and pharmacy chains.

The position requires strong field execution, deep understanding of the Central Region market, and the ability to manage high-value institutional customers while supporting both commercial growth and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and represent the company's portfolio within assigned hospitals, pharmacy chains, and institutional accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
  • Execute territory plans to achieve sales and collection targets.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and support the collection cycle in coordination with internal finance teams.
  • Monitor account performance, sales trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure contract adherence and resolve account-related issues or escalations promptly.
  • Maintain consistent customer coverage through planned field visits.
  • Provide accurate reporting on account activities, payment status, and competitor movements.
  • Support expansion of product penetration within existing accounts.
  • Maintain high professional standards and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • 37 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Experience managing institutional accounts and hospital purchasers.
  • Strong relationships within the Central Region (Riyadh preferred).
  • Proven ability to handle high-value accounts and follow up on collections.
  • Strong field presence, negotiation skills, and commercial awareness.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's of Pharmacy or Sciences
