Job Overview

RX Plus Compounding Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Medical Representative to promote our customized compounded medications and pharmacy services to physicians and specialized clinics in Abu Dhabi.

The role focuses on expanding physician partnerships and increasing prescriptions for personalized compounded treatments across multiple therapeutic areas, including hormone therapy, dermatology, wellness, pain management, and other customized formulations prepared by RX Plus.

Key Responsibilities

Promote RX Plus compounding pharmacy services and customized formulations to physicians and clinics

Conduct regular clinic visits and professional medical detailing

Build strong professional relationships with healthcare providers

Generate prescriptions and increase the utilization of RX Plus compounded medications

Identify new clinics and business opportunities within Abu Dhabi

Achieve assigned sales targets and support the growth of RX Plus in the market

Provide regular feedback on physician needs, market trends, and competitor activities

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related medical field

25 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE healthcare market

Experience promoting products and interacting with physicians such as:

Dermatologists

Aesthetic Medicine Physicians

Gynecologists / Obstetricians

Endocrinologists

Orthopedic or Pain Management Doctors

General Practitioners and Wellness Clinic Physicians

Experience in dermatology, wellness, hormones, aesthetics, or specialty pharmaceutical products is preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Target-driven with strong sales and negotiation abilities

Valid UAE driving license

Compensation

Salary: AED 12,000 AED 20,000 per month

Basis: Based on experience and qualifications

Additional: Performance-based incentives.
