Medical representative

Job Purpose

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team and drive product awareness across healthcare professionals. If you are passionate about sales, science, and building strong relationships in the pharma industry, this opportunity is for you.

What will your responsibilities be

• Promote company products to healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists, and key stakeholders) within your assigned territory
• Achieve sales targets by ensuring effective coverage and frequency of visits based on CRM objectives
• Plan and manage daily visits to optimize territory coverage and maximize impact
• Deliver scientific and patient-centric product messages aligned with brand strategy
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
• Segment and profile customers to tailor engagement strategies and maximize results
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage promotional materials, product samples, and ensure proper tracking and reporting
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report insights regularly
• Maintain accurate CRM data and submit timely reports (visits, market intelligence, patient tracking)
• Participate in medical events, congresses, and product presentations to strengthen network and visibility
• Continuously update product and clinical knowledge through trainings and self-learning

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• 2-3 UAE Experience Abu Dhabi and Al AIN Territory.
• Gynecology, Urology and Primary care experience is a Plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and influence healthcare professionals
• Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a territory independently
