Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Medical Representative to promote our portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions across the KSA market. The role is responsible for compliant product detailing, territory coverage, demand generation, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute territory coverage plans; conduct HCP visits and compliant product detailing.
- Plan and support scientific events, roundtables, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies).
- Coordinate with distributors/pharmacies on demand, stock levels, and orders.
- Track competitors and market insights; submit timely CRM and sales reports.
- Deliver sales objectives and KPIs while adhering to promotional codes and company policies.
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- 13+ years of field sales experience (pharma/FMCG/healthcare preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic & English.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
