Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Cairo. The Medical Representative will promote EVA Pharma's products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders, in assigned territories. Responsibilities include planning and conducting regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, delivering product presentations, and providing up-to-date scientific information. The role involves building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets and performance indicators. The Medical Representative will also collect market and competitor insights, participate in promotional events and trainings, and ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.
Qualifications

  • Strong medical and scientific foundation with knowledge in Medicine and/or Pharmacy to confidently discuss products and therapeutic areas.
  • Proven Medical Sales skills, including territory management, account development, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals, deliver clear presentations, and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple accounts and tasks.
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, email, presentation software) and readiness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in pharmaceutical promotion.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
