Role Summary
To promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in assigned territories, ensuring product awareness, proper usage, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Promote assigned products through scientific detailing and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in product training and continuous development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum of 12 years in pharmaceutical sales or related field preferred minimum 2 years at the same position, preferred to be in Ophthalmology
- Understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and healthcare systems.
- Sales techniques, CRM systems, territory management, data reporting
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, depending on healthcare professional availability.
- High ethical standards and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
