Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in cairo & Giza. The Medical Representative will promote Paxal's pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and key decision-makers, through regular visits and scientific discussions. Responsibilities include presenting product information, highlighting therapeutic benefits, and ensuring accurate, ethical communication aligned with company standards. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships, managing assigned territories, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing timely feedback to the sales and marketing teams. The Medical Representative will also organize and participate in medical events, execute sales plans to achieve targets, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned products and relevant therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and achievement of sales targets.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust with healthcare professionals and respond to their needs effectively.
• Solid understanding of Medicine and Pharmacy concepts to conduct scientific discussions and accurately explain product indications and usage.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare field.
• Ability to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in using basic office software and CRM tools for reporting and planning.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
