Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Damietta. The Medical Representative will promote Paxal's pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals through regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Responsibilities include providing accurate product information, explaining therapeutic benefits, and addressing medical inquiries in line with regulatory and ethical standards. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, monitoring competitor activity, and reporting market feedback to the sales and marketing teams. The Medical Representative will also execute territory sales plans, organize product presentations, ensure proper stock levels, and prepare timely activity and performance reports.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and achievement of sales targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trustful, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to confidently discuss indications, contraindications, and proper product use.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life science field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize visits, and manage time effectively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools for reporting and data management.
- Strong ethical standards, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous professional development.
