About Our Client
Alfasigma is a global pharmaceutical organization with a strong European heritage and a portfolio of branded prescription products. The company is expanding its footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing primarily on Gastroenterology, Vascular, and Consumer/Primary Care segments, with additional product launches planned in the near future.
In KSA, the business operates under a TSO model, managing its own field force while partnering with a local distributor for sponsorship and regulatory support.
Job Description
- Promote and detail prescription products to targeted healthcare professionals in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Execute brand strategy and marketing campaigns in line with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal company policies.
- Provide accurate reporting on sales performance and field activities.
- Reporting to Sales Manager.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Medical Representative should:
- Saudi national (mandatory, as per regulatory requirements for prescription products).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) certificate
- Experience in Gastroenterology is preferred; other therapy areas will also be considered.
- Experience promoting branded prescription products is advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
