Role Description
As a full-time Medical Sales Area Manager at Derma Elle, you will oversee sales operations and manage a high-performing sales team within the designated Giza region. Responsibilities include driving sales targets, building strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, providing product knowledge to healthcare professionals, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance the company's market presence. This is an on-site role based in Giza, focused on delivering superior results while upholding the company's core values and mission.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Medical Sales and Sales Management
- Demonstrable skills in Sales Effectiveness and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and sales performance
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities
- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Experience in the dermacosmetics or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
