Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other key healthcare professionals within assigned territory.
- Present accurate information about products, therapeutic indications, dosing, safety, and adverse event reporting in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand product utilization while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to arrange product samples, demonstrations, and educational materials as permitted by policy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform regional strategies and tactics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product pipelines, clinical data, and safety profiles through ongoing training.
- Accurately record and report activities, sales data, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and support staff, to ensure cohesive program execution.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to pharmaceutical promotions and field activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Career level: experience with a strong interest in launching a career in medical sales or pharmaceutical representation.
- Location: Saudi Arabia, with territorial coverage in the selected province (state/region: riyadh city).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion.
