Job Summary
The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and medical centers to secure exclusive offers, referral agreements, and prescription-driven cooperation that direct patients to the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and private practices regularly.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinic managers, pharmacists, and procurement teams.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive offers, referral agreements, and cooperation deals for the pharmacy.
- Promote pharmacy services such as availability of rare medicines, delivery service, chronic patient programs, and discount cards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to activate agreed offers in branches.
- Track and report referrals, prescriptions, and partnership performance.
- Represent the pharmacy brand professionally in all medical settings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years experience in medical sales, pharma sales, or healthcare business development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of healthcare and pharmacy operations.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Car owner is preferred
