Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, responsible for promoting Apotex pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders, conducting product presentations, and providing up-to-date clinical and product information. The Medical Sales Representative will plan and execute territory sales activities, visit healthcare facilities regularly, track and report sales performance, and identify new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, ensuring high standards of service, coordinating with internal teams for product availability, and adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, relationship building, and sales reporting.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to deliver clear product information and engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for healthcare partners.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine to understand therapeutic areas and product benefits.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Pharmacy practices to discuss formulations, indications, and usage with pharmacists.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, ideally within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region, is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory are beneficial.
- Ability to work ethically within regulatory frameworks and comply with company and local healthcare regulations is required.
- Have 2 years experince in government hospitals is a must.
