Medical Sales Representative

We're Hiring: Medical Sales Representative – Cord Blood Banking

Future Health GCC is looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, OB-GYNs, maternity clinics and healthcare professionals, while educating expectant parents and medical teams about the value of cord blood and cord tissue stem cell banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with OB-GYNs, hospitals, maternity clinics and other healthcare professionals

• Generate new referrals and develop new hospital and clinic accounts

• Conduct regular hospital and clinic visits

• Present Future Health's cord blood and cord tissue banking services to healthcare professionals

• Meet expectant parents and clearly explain our services and packages

• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into clients

• Achieve monthly sales and referral targets

• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships

• Maintain accurate reporting of visits, leads, referrals and sales activity

• Represent Future Health at maternity events, conferences and hospital activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales or maternity-related services

• Strong existing relationships with OB-GYNs and hospitals in the UAE are highly preferred

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Confident, proactive and results-driven

• Ability to build long-term relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals

• UAE driving licence and own transportation preferred

• Arabic and English are highly preferred
