Role Description This is a full-time Medical Sales Representative role based in Giza, offered in a hybrid model that combines field work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Medical Sales Representative will promote Integra's pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmeceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, through regular visits, product presentations, and scientific discussions. The role involves managing and growing an assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers. Daily tasks include monitoring market trends and competitor activities, organizing and participating in medical events, ensuring accurate reporting of sales activities in CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing and medical teams to support product positioning. The representative will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, complying with ethical and regulatory guidelines, and providing ongoing customer support and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and achievement of sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, respond to inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Solid foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to conduct informed, evidence-based discussions about products and therapeutic areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life science field; other healthcare or scientific degrees may be considered.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related medical field is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage schedules independently, and prioritize visits and tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools for reporting and remote coordination.
- Strong ethical standards, commitment to compliance with industry regulations, and a focus on patient-centered outcomes.
